These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tr77 ("tr77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tr77 website at https://tr77.io and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, fishing games, live dealer tables, and any promotional programmes offered from time to time.

By registering an account, accessing any service, making a deposit, or clicking any button that indicates acceptance, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. tr77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tr77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. tr77 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat.

You must ensure that your account is not accessible to any third party, including family members and friends. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. tr77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

• You must notify tr77's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Upon receiving a report of suspected unauthorised access, tr77 will suspend the account pending investigation and take reasonable steps to prevent further activity.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your tr77 account and must not reuse a password from another service.
• tr77 recommends enabling two-step SMS verification, which is available from your account security settings.

tr77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transaction flows. Real-time fraud monitoring is applied to all accounts. These measures are part of tr77's security baseline and do not require any action from players to activate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account-level limits, or evading a previous suspension or closure.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to automate betting patterns, or to manipulate the outcome of any wager.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing cards or game state information in live dealer games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the tr77 platform for any money-laundering purpose. tr77 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious transaction activity as required.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or platform malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a known platform error are void and will be removed from the player's account. tr77 asks players to report any suspected errors to the support team immediately.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your tr77 account or account balance to any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tr77 platform or its game software.

tr77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tr77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your tr77 account. These limits are subject to change with reasonable notice. The current applicable minimum deposit is ৳500 and the current applicable minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000, unless a specific promotional offer states different thresholds.

• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering control and is non-negotiable.
• tr77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad. Processing times for card-based withdrawals may be longer depending on the card network and issuing bank.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding KYC verification request. Please ensure all verification documents are submitted promptly to avoid delays.
• tr77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a wager has been placed using those funds. Contact the support team as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made in error before any wagering occurs.

tr77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the point of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and will appear as a separate bonus balance within your tr77 account until wagering requirements are satisfied.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tr77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the tr77 platform or its content without express written permission.
• Using the tr77 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any external publication, social media post, or marketing material without prior written consent from tr77.
• Creating derivative works based on any tr77 content or game software.
• Scraping, indexing, or harvesting data from the tr77 platform using automated tools.

tr77 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. tr77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• tr77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device-level security.
• tr77 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure for breach of these Terms.
• tr77 is not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.

tr77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tr77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the tr77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawal at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tr77 operates with a commitment to transparency and fair treatment of all players and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute directly with the player before formal proceedings are considered.
